Business Development Consultant

Business Development Consultant will be responsible for business expansion by identifying new areas (potential clients, new prospects, lead generation, sales conversions, etc), developing a sustainable sales growth strategy and working closely with the marketing team.

Responsibilities: 
Develop and manage a sales pipeline
Work and coordinate with support teams to deliver sales proposals and presentations to the highest quality
Attend business networking events and explore new ones to attend
Professional document drafting and development
Ensure that all sales offers/agreements  follow company governance and CRM
Respond to enquiries, generate leads and engage in shaping opportunities with customers and turn to prospect customers
Assist in developing strategies and plans aligned to the company’s strategy that will achieve short, medium and long-term profitable growth targets.
Work with internal and external resources; undertake research and information findings related to local and federal government requirements to establish entities in the mainland and all free zones in UAE.
Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the company to an agreed annual target, to increase year on year in line with the TCG Plan as amended from year to year.
Develop weekly and monthly reports reference opportunities, pipelines, etc.
Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, performance reports, etc.
Present the company to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, presentations, workshops, telephone calls, and emails.

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Arabic language or additional language is preferable and an added advantage
sales skills including reporting skills
In-depth knowledge of customer base
Specialist knowledge in contract models
A good level of knowledge of commercial aspects of contracting
Knowledge of the market, local or industry
